ITS TUESDAY TRI NIGHT!
My main Triathlon training night!
I am super STOKED! I have spinning from 6:15 to 7:00, then a trx training session with my trainer and then swimming.. HARD CORE
I am gonna be down to a 30 bmi in no time! Only 12.5 pounds to go till I am officially not obese, but just overweight! According to most charts when I hit 159 that will be a healthy weight! Thats only 38 pounds away! AMAZING!
