I just worked my ass off at the gym.. just so I could eat a piece of Peanut butter pie that clocked in at 377 calories. So what did I do? I worked off 350 calories on the elliptical JUSt so I wouldn’t obsess about it
SCORE … and now for a little walk to say goodbye to the remaining 27 calories!
Also I a SUPER psyched for tomorrow, its my TRI sprint Training night! I am Spinning from 6:15 to 7 then working out with my trainer from 7 to 8 and then resting and swimming from 8:30 till 9:15 YEAH BABY
This girl is gonna get to 185 and a bmi of 30 before you know it!
oh and that pile of clothes behind me? Thats my pile of old clothing to get rid of!
