My bmi is now 33.9, last August it was 51.0 I just found out that at my new job that I am starting on April 16th I get a discount on my health insurance if my bmi is 30 or below, hmmm I only need to lose 24 more pounds to get there! Obviously I won’t get it done before I start but its a hell of a lot closer than being 316 pounds!

Yoga was good!
William stayed home with daddy and watched tv, he was tired he said, luckily no fever, no cough and no other symptoms other than being a little tired means school for William and cardio and weights for me.. I have not really been doing a lot of cardio recently other than walking.. booya
